When Kurt Simons Company needed a design studio to develop branding for their new, upscale mid-rise apartment building, Coldwater, they turned to us.
Throughout the project, we worked closely with Coldwater's project management team and Greystar® Property Management. From market research to persona development, we collaborated with their teams to position Coldwater as the luxury lifestyle leader in the downtown Austin leasing market.
Our combined research efforts revealed that the leasing market was teeming with young, prospective residents looking for wide-open spaces. Armed with this knowledge, our approach to developing marketing materials for Coldwater was less about the standard amenities potential dwellers would find in a typical luxury apartment community. Instead, the focus was an introduction to a new lifestyle for residents – an active, invigorating, outdoor lifestyle one's friends would envy. We delivered messaging with consistent reminders of walking and biking scores – driving home the proximity to parkland, lakeside activities, nightlife and restaurants, sporting activities and the arts, as well as neighborhood events like the Zilker Park ACL Festival™ and holiday tradition, Austin Trail of Lights™.
